1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer established in 2004, now in Luoyang CN. 20 years experience, and our products have been exported to 80+ countries all over the world.

2. Do you sell your products on Amazon? What is the difference of orders between website and Amazon?

Yes. Our products are not only sold on Website here, you can also find our products on platforms as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Newegg, Alibaba. You can enjoy the same quality and service of the products as we offered on platforms. But the price on Website is much lower than that of platform, because the Platform fee saved if buying directly from website. We are all SFX Brand products produced by SFX manufacturer but sold on different platforms.


3. What is the delivery time?

After the confirmation of your order and the down payment of the 100%, we start to build the machine, we take 2-3 working days to build it and 48 hours of continuous test to ensure the quality of the machine, once is finished we send the machine to carrier and clearance for delivery.

We have warehouse in the US, when the stock is available, we would deliver the machine from our overseas warehouse, it usually takes 3-7 days to your door. While when it is sold out in our overseas warehouse, we would deliver it from China, by Express(UPS/DHL/FedEx).

For our hot sale products EDM Broken Tap Remover, we have suffcient inventory with full specifications in our CA and NJ warehouse. For American customers, machine can be delivered out within 8 hours once received your payment.


4.Does your company provide after-sales service? What kind of after-sales service is provided?

Our product will have to go through a thorough quality exam process to ensure that our devices will not have any glitch before delivery.

We offer warranty and good after sales service for our products and customer. Customer and technical support, Remote Assistance, 7*24 hours online service.

Within the warranty time, if there are any technical problems, we would repair them for free including the new parts that needed for the repair. After the warranty time, we can also provide online technical support.

5.How long will it take to receive a reply when I send an inquiry?

Once you send an inquiry for our product on website, we will send you the reply and details within 8 hours, and provide professional advice on the most suitable machine types.


6.What payment method do you have?

Paypal and T/T (electric transfer/wire transfer), credit card, ACH are the common payment methods our customers use. If you prefer other payment method, please contact customer service for more details.


7.Do you have overseas warehouse?

For now we have established multiple overseas warehouse and domestic warehouse: U.S. New Jersey warehouses, Torras warehouses, CA warehouses, Munich warehouses in Germany and other overseas warehouses. Shanghai warehouse, Dongguan warehouse, Luoyang warehouse in domestic.
